A refund will be provided on the day if we need to close our facility due to an emergency such as an operational issue and the customer has been in the facility for 30 minutes or less.
1. We provide a cooling off period of 7 calendar days after signing a membership agreement. You will be refunded 80% of the fees and monies paid pursuant to the terms and conditions in our Membership Agreement.
2. A refund will be provided if a member is medically unfit to continue with his or her membership. Written notice with a medical certificate must be supplied as proof and presented within a reasonable time frame from the time the customer became aware of the existence of his or her medical condition.
3. Refunds will be paid via EFT only.
No refund is available for cancellation of birthday parties however an alternate date will be offered where cancellation is due to the birthday guest being unwell.
Due to competitions requiring a minimum number of competitors to proceed, no refunds will be offered for withdrawing or non-attendance.
Customers are entitled to either a refund or exchange on any merchandise purchased within our facility that fails to meet the product guarantee in accordance with our obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Customers will need to produce a receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds will be provided by either cash or EFT.
