Our 10 week Kids Ninja Program will run along side each school term. Every Tuesday 430pm-6pm. Classes will be aimed at developing - Movement fundamentals - Body awareness - Strength and Fitness - Co-ordination

Our new 10 week Introductory Adult Ninja Program is designed to help develop
-Upper Body Strength
-Agility
-Fitness and Endurance
-Body Awareness
Every Tuesday 630pm
Next 10 week program starts 16th of March.
Objectives: - learn how to do all our obstacles - Learn better technique to improve efficiency - Improve balance and agility - Master popular obstacles like warped wall and salmon ladder. - Learn how to lache - Improve and maximise endurance/energy - Develop competition strategies Starting Monday 8th of February (To be confirmed)
